Return & Refund Policy
At Beaver Nest, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality handyman and repair services. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the service or parts provided, please review our return and refund policy below.
Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the work performed, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a correction at no additional charge.
Return of Parts or Products
If any parts or materials were purchased and installed by us and are found to be defective or not functioning properly, they may be eligible for return or replacement within 14 days, provided they are in original condition and packaging.
Custom-ordered or special-order items are non-refundable.
Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation by others, or natural wear and tear are not covered.
Deposits and Payments
For most services, a deposit is required to secure your appointment and to cover the cost of materials. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service.
Deposit amounts vary depending on the scope of work and will be clearly stated in your estimate.
All deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has commenced.
Payment in full is required on the same day the service is completed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
In general, deposits are collected 1 to 5 days prior to the scheduled service date, depending on scheduling and material requirements.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued only in cases where:
We are unable to correct a defect or complete the agreed-upon service.
Returned parts are approved for refund by our supplier.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
